Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026 Effective date: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to the website theparsee.app and the related Telegram bot @theparseebot (the "Service"), as well as the rules of payment, refunds, and use of paid features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with the Telegram bot @theparseebot, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TheParsee is a set of information and analytical tools for traders and analysts that delivers notifications and summaries to Telegram. The set of modules includes:

  • Premium X Monitor — monitoring of X (Twitter) accounts with translation, OCR, and filters;
  • Hyperliquid Tracker — tracking the positions of top traders on the Hyperliquid exchange;
  • Economic Calendar — notifications about the release of macro data;
  • Channel Poster — autoposting tweets to Telegram channels;
  • Price Monitor — detection of abnormal price movements;
  • other modules, the list of which may be expanded or changed.

The Service is provided "as is". We may add, modify, or discontinue the functionality of individual modules at any time.

3. Account

Access to the Service is provided through your Telegram account. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and for all actions performed under it. Report any unauthorized use to support@theparsee.app.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and payment

4.1. Pricing

Individual modules of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. Current tariffs and conditions are listed on the corresponding module pages and inside the Telegram bot. Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed period (as a rule, 1 month) unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Payment method

As of the publication of these Terms, payments are accepted via Crypto Pay API through the @CryptoBot Telegram bot. Additional processors (including Stripe) may be added in the future — the relevant information will be reflected in the Service and the Terms.

4.3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions to the Service do not auto-renew: a new payment is required to extend access. This is due to the nature of crypto payments.

4.4. Taxes

Prices listed in the Service do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Any taxes required by applicable law may be added to the final amount.

5. Refunds

Summary: crypto payments are by their nature non-refundable; consumers from the EU/UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for a first subscription; in case of technical failures on our side, we provide compensation as a subscription extension.

5.1. General rule

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, refunding the exact equivalent of what was paid is technically and economically impractical. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable.

5.2. Right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession) residing in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your first subscription to a specific module within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply if you have explicitly confirmed the start of service delivery before the 14-day period expires and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to support@theparsee.app with the subject "Withdrawal" and include your Telegram username and the date of payment. Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency as the original payment, at the exchange rate on the date of refund.

5.3. Technical failures on our side

If, due to our fault, the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period (more than 24 hours total within a billing period) or key features of your tariff were not working, we will provide, upon request, compensation in the form of a subscription extension for an equivalent or longer period. No monetary refunds are issued in this case.

Send compensation requests to support@theparsee.app within 30 days of the incident.

5.4. What is not refundable

  • Paid and consumed subscription periods.
  • Subscriptions purchased again after a one-time withdrawal from the same module.
  • Subscriptions terminated due to voluntary account deactivation (see Section 10).
  • Fees and commissions of payment processors (CryptoBot, Telegram) over which we have no control.
  • Losses incurred by you as a result of trading decisions made on the basis of information from the Service.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • not violate the law and not use the Service for illegal activity;
  • not attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its API, databases, or servers;
  • not transfer access to the Service to third parties, except where explicitly allowed by your tariff;
  • not abuse the Service — for example, not generate excessive load, not attempt to bypass limits, not resell access;
  • not use the Service for spam, fraud, or market manipulation;
  • not pass off Service data as your own research for commercial resale without separate written permission.

Violation of this section gives us the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All Service materials (code, design, texts, logos, aggregated summaries) belong to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party content (tweets, economic event headlines, exchange data) belongs to its respective rightsholders and is used within the framework of fair informational use or the corresponding API licenses.

8. Disclaimer

Important: TheParsee provides informational and analytical tools. The Service is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Any trading decisions are made by you independently and at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee that data from external sources (Twitter/X, Hyperliquid, Binance, economic calendar providers) is always complete, accurate, or timely.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for:

  • trading losses, lost profits, or other direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service;
  • delays or failures of third parties (Telegram, CryptoBot, Cloudflare, exchanges, data sources);
  • unauthorized access to your Telegram account not caused by our fault;
  • errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the published data and signals.

The operator's aggregate liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by you for the subscription during the 3 (three) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The provisions of this section do not limit the operator's liability for intent and gross negligence, or in other cases where applicable law does not allow limitation of liability.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing payments and removing the bot from your Telegram.

Account deactivation is available via the Telegram bot menu: "Information" → "Other" → "Deactivate account". This is a reversible action — Service access is paused, but settings are preserved; the account can be restored anytime via the bot. Full data deletion (right to be forgotten, GDPR Art. 17) is processed upon request to support@theparsee.app within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

An active subscription terminates simultaneously with account deactivation; no refund is issued (see Section 5).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms, in case of non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or for another reasonable cause.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's consumer redress service: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify active users via the Telegram bot and/or update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Service after the updated version is published, you accept it.
