Support languages
We reply in English and Russian. Requests in other languages are accepted — replies may take slightly longer due to translation. For technical and legal matters we recommend writing in English: terminology there is well established and the risk of miscommunication is lower.
Security & anti-phishing
We never message users first in private chats and never ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or 2FA codes. All official communications go only through @theparsee or the bot @theparseebot. If someone writes to you claiming to be TheParsee and asks for access data or offers "investments" — they are a scammer. Report it to us by email with the subject "Impersonation" and attach a screenshot.
