What to write about

  • Technical support — broken features, errors, outages.
  • Payment and subscriptions — payment issues, activation, renewal.
  • GDPR / personal data — access, rectification, erasure of data. Details in the Privacy Policy.
  • Account deletion — you can do this yourself via the Telegram bot menu: "Information" → "Other" → "Delete account". Deletion is done in two stages: 7 days of soft-delete with the option to restore, then irreversible deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • Refunds — conditions and procedure are described in the Terms of Service.
  • Abuse — spam, phishing, or other misuse of the Service in violation of the rules.
  • Partnership and proposals — write to the email with the subject "Partnership".

For users in Poland: complaints regarding the processing of personal data may also be submitted to the supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Support languages

We reply in English and Russian. Requests in other languages are accepted — replies may take slightly longer due to translation. For technical and legal matters we recommend writing in English: terminology there is well established and the risk of miscommunication is lower.

Security & anti-phishing

We never message users first in private chats and never ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or 2FA codes. All official communications go only through @theparsee or the bot @theparseebot. If someone writes to you claiming to be TheParsee and asks for access data or offers "investments" — they are a scammer. Report it to us by email with the subject "Impersonation" and attach a screenshot.
