Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes what data the theparsee.app web application and its Telegram integration (the @theparseebot bot) (the "Service") collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted on request.
1. Who we are
The Service is developed and operated by the TheParsee team. Below we refer to ourselves as "the operator" or "we".

2. Data we collect
2.1. Data you provide via the Telegram bot
- Your Telegram user ID and, if set, username and first name — we receive these automatically from Telegram on your first interaction with the bot, so the Service can recognize you.
- The accounts, tickers and topics you add to your subscriptions or watchlists. We need this to actually deliver the Service.
- The content of messages you send to the bot (commands, links, screenshots).
2.2. Payment data
We do not receive or store payment credentials. Bank card details are entered on the payment platform's side and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not extract or store payers' cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
Payments are processed by external providers: Creem.io (bank cards and Apple Pay), Crypto Pay API through the @CryptoBot bot, and direct on-chain transfers of USDT and USDC. From these providers we receive only the service metadata required to account for subscription payments.
Creem.io acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
2.3. Technical data of theparsee.app
- Browser localStorage is used solely for two user preferences: theme (
tp-theme) and preferred language (lang). This data stays local on your device and is not sent to our servers. - Cloudflare Web Analytics — we use Cloudflare's aggregate analytics, which is cookie-less and does not identify individual users. Cloudflare provides us only with anonymized aggregate data: page views, performance metrics, country at the country level.
- Cloudflare as CDN / reverse proxy — Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses and User-Agents for DDoS protection, caching and performance. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.
2.4. Cookies
The website theparsee.app does not set any cookies of its own. Cloudflare-related cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) may be set by Cloudflare for bot protection; these are strictly necessary and not used for marketing tracking.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing or advertising. The following processors are involved in operating the Service:
- Telegram — message delivery, bot authentication.
- Creem.io — bank card and Apple Pay payment processing; merchant of record.
- Crypto Pay API (@CryptoBot) — crypto payment processing.
- Cloudflare (USA) — CDN, DDoS protection, anonymized web analytics.
The servers of these services may be located outside Europe, so data may be processed in other countries. Each of them has its own data protection policy.
5. Retention periods
- Account data (Telegram ID, your subscriptions and settings) is kept as long as you use the Service. After an account deletion request it is kept for another 30 days in case you restore the account, and is then deleted. See the "Account deletion" section for details.
- Payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Cloudflare logs are retained according to Cloudflare's own settings and policy.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account yourself: on the website — "Settings" → "Security" → "Delete account"; in the Telegram bot — menu → "Information" → "Other" → "Delete account". To confirm, type the word "DELETE".
- After the request the account is blocked immediately: access to the Service is closed, an active subscription is cancelled, and no refund is issued (see Terms of Service, Section 5). Connected features and the balance are not refunded.
- Restoration period. For 30 days after the request you can restore the account on the website or in the bot; all data is kept.
- Deletion. After 30 days the account and all related data (Telegram ID, Google account email and name, tracked accounts, topics, filters, feed, history) are deleted permanently.
What is kept after deletion. Payment records (payment ID, amount, date, currency) are kept without being linked to your account for the period required by tax and accounting law. Payment providers (Creem, Crypto Bot) keep payment data under their own rules — see their privacy policies.

7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: TLS encryption of all traffic, restricted server access, Cloudflare as a protection layer. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will notify active users via the Telegram bot and/or update the "Last updated" date at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Policy is published, you accept it.
